BMO - New Homeowner Kits


Challenge

BMO planned to sell in-branch a first time homeowners kit. It needed a high perceived value and the ability to track branch sales and customer usage of online financial tools.

Solution

Working with the client and their agency, we created the First Home Essentials kit. To solve the customer’s data collection needs, each kit had a unique PIN that allowed for sales tracking and drove users to the web to access online tools and offers. This complemented the set of tools in the kit. Custom fitted inside was a calculator, measuring tape, pen, pencil case and a binder containing planning guides.

Results

The kits sold out in 60 days, requiring reprinting twice. This unit won BMO two 2009 CMA Gold Awards.
